
Administrative Clinical Care Partner/Unit Secretary

- Greet and welcome patients and their families with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a professional and organized front desk, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar for the clinical care team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate and timely processing of paperwork.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of all information.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability at all times.
- Coordinate meetings and schedules for the clinical care team.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical care team, including preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the unit's common areas.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the unit.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Basic Skills To Perform Administrative Tasks Such As Data Entry, Record Keeping, And Scheduling.
Experience In Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting Is Highly Preferred For This Role. This Could Include Experience As A Unit Secretary, Medical Assistant, Or Other Administrative Positions In A Hospital Or Clinic.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology Is Essential For An Administrative Clinical Care Partner/Unit Secretary. This Knowledge Will Help The Candidate Accurately Transcribe And Document Medical Orders And Communicate Effectively With Healthcare Providers.
