Specimen Processor

UCI Health is seeking an experienced Specimen Processor to join our team and provide quality services for our patients. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented professional, who is committed to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced health care environment.The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working in a medical laboratory setting. The successful applicant will possess strong organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment are also essential qualities.The Specimen Processor’s primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently receive, process, and distribute laboratory specimens. This position requires excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization as well as a commitment to providing the highest quality of care to our patients.
