- Greet and welcome patients to the urgent care facility with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide excellent patient care by assisting in basic medical procedures such as taking vitals, performing EKGs, and administering medications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records.
- Communicate effectively with the medical team to ensure proper coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the medical team.
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Assist with patient education and provide resources to help patients understand their health conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients.
