Job Description

Serves as main contact for third party tenants and landlords. Manages property database and abstracting all property-related documents. Conduct due diligence through review of contracts, leases, operating expenses, and CoStar market research analyses. Analyze the economic feasibility of potential new acquisitions using Microsoft Excel.

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years of related experience

  • Experience interfacing with design and construction

  • Knowledge of basic real estate, construction and related terms, timelines, principles, and functions

  • Ability to build and navigate the Broker and landlord/tenant relationships effectively

  • Must be able to work some nights and weekends depending on the demands of the project
