1. Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients in a safe and accurate manner.
2. Monitor and assess patient response to treatments, making necessary adjustments as directed by the physician.
3. Collaborate with a team of medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
4. Ensure proper positioning and immobilization of patients during treatments to ensure accurate delivery of radiation.
5. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions.
6. Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, including performing quality assurance checks and reporting any malfunctions.
7. Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and potential side effects.
