  1. Lead and manage projects within the Quality team to ensure successful delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  3. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
  4. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals and objectives.
  5. Identify and analyze data to measure project success and inform decision-making.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential project risks.
  7. Facilitate meetings and presentations to update leadership and stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
  8. Utilize quality improvement methodologies and tools to drive positive change and improve healthcare outcomes.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to support project goals and objectives.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management and quality improvement.
  11. Mentor and train team members on project management and quality improvement principles and practices.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to project management and quality improvement.
  13. Uphold UCHealth's mission, vision, and values in all aspects of the project.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement cross-functional projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Project Management.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Pdsa.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Complex Projects, Including Budget Management And Stakeholder Communication.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide Project Teams Towards Achieving Project Goals And Objectives.
