  1. Lead and manage all real estate projects for UCHealth, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget and according to company standards.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, to ensure efficient and effective execution of real estate projects.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure project objectives are met and all necessary approvals and permits are obtained.
  4. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential real estate opportunities and make recommendations for new projects.
  5. Oversee the negotiation and acquisition of properties, including due diligence, contract review, and closing processes.
  6. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all departments involved in real estate projects.
  7. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management, identifying any potential risks or issues and proposing solutions to mitigate them.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, to build support and partnerships for real estate projects.
  9. Review and analyze project budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure projects stay within budget and make adjustments as needed.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to real estate projects.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in managing real estate projects.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovative approaches to real estate project management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Real Estate Industry, Preferably In Healthcare.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Real Estate Projects From Conception To Completion.

  • Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Development Processes And Regulations, Including Zoning, Planning, And Permitting.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
