
Project Manager Real Estate

- Oversee and manage the development and construction of healthcare facilities for UCHealth.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and vendors, to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of real estate project management best practices and apply them to all projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate successful project delivery.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and any potential issues to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to UCHealth's standards and protocols.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to promote efficient project delivery.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve project goals.
- Manage project finances, including tracking expenses and approving invoices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for real estate project management best practices and industry trends.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior project management team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Development, Construction, And Property Management Processes.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Organizational Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously Within Budget And Timeline Constraints.
