  1. Lead and oversee process improvement initiatives throughout the organization, ensuring they align with UCHealth's commitment to providing high-quality care.
  2. Utilize your expertise in process improvement methodologies to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize operations and enhance the patient experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify root causes, and develop solutions to address process inefficiencies and gaps.
  4. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  5. Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and team members.

  7. Monitor project outcomes and measure the impact of process improvement initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure desired results are achieved.
  8. Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and driving adoption of new processes and procedures across the organization.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in process improvement, and apply this knowledge to enhance UCHealth's processes and operations.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Process Improvement, Or Consulting Roles.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean, Six Sigma, Or Agile.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Facilitate Change Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Process Improvement Projects, Resulting In Cost Savings And Increased Efficiency.
