  1. Develop and implement workplace wellness programs that align with the company's values and goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of wellness professionals to ensure the successful execution of wellness programs.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to promote employee well-being and create a positive work culture.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external wellness partners and vendors to enhance the company's wellness offerings.
  6. Stay updated on current trends and research in workplace wellness and incorporate best practices into the company's programs.
  7. Create and manage a budget for workplace wellness initiatives.
  8. Organize and lead wellness events, workshops, and training sessions for employees.
  9. Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support on wellness-related topics.
  10. Advocate for employee wellness within the company, promoting awareness and encouraging participation in wellness programs.
  11. Develop and implement strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction in regards to workplace well-being.
  12. Communicate regularly with company leadership to provide updates and reports on wellness program outcomes.
  13. Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to workplace wellness.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement in the company's workplace wellness initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Workplace Wellbeing Programs: A Program Director At Uchealth Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Executing Workplace Wellbeing Programs. This Includes Creating Strategies, Developing Policies, And Implementing Initiatives That Promote Employee Health And Wellness.

  • Knowledge Of Health And Wellness Best Practices: To Be Effective In This Role, A Program Director At Uchealth Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Health And Wellness Best Practices. This Includes Staying Up-To-Date With The Latest Research, Trends, And Industry Standards Related To Workplace Wellbeing.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Leader Of The Workplace Wellbeing Program At Uchealth, The Program Director Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team And Working Closely With Other Departments And Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential For Effectively Collaborating And Motivating Others Towards A Common Goal.

  • Experience In Data Analysis And Program Evaluation: Uchealth Values Data-Driven Decision Making, And The Program Director Should Have Experience In Data Analysis And Program Evaluation. This Includes Collecting And Analyzing Data To Measure The Impact Of Workplace Wellbeing Programs, Identifying Areas For Improvement, And Making Data-Informed Recommendations.

  • Certified Health And Wellness Professional: While Not Required, Having A Certification Such As Certified Wellness Program Manager (Cwpm) Or Certified Wellness Practitioner (Cwp) Can Demonstrate The Program Director's Expertise And Commitment To The Field Of Workplace Wellbeing. Uchealth May Prefer Candidates With These Certifications To Ensure They Have The Knowledge And Skills Necessary For The Role.
