Welcome to UCHealth! We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Program Administrative Support. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our program managers and team members. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks, and has a strong sense of initiative.   1. Provide administrative support to program managers and team members in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Manage and maintain program files, documents, and databases.
  3. Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for program managers and team members.
  4. Prepare and distribute program materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  5. Monitor and respond to program emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  7. Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for program activities.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
  9. Conduct research and gather data to support program initiatives.
  10. Coordinate logistics for program events and activities, including room reservations, catering, and equipment setup.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for program inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  12. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns related to program operations.
  13. Take initiative to streamline and improve administrative processes within the program.
  14. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Keep accurate and detailed records of program activities.
  16. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  17. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on program tasks and progress.
  18. Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
