  1. Provide administrative support to various programs within UCHealth.
  2. Maintain and update program records, including participant information and program statistics.
  3. Assist with program logistics, including scheduling meetings, coordinating event logistics, and managing program materials.
  4. Communicate with program participants, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and successful program outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement program plans.
  6. Manage program budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  7. Prepare and distribute program reports and presentations as needed.
  8. Conduct research and gather information to support program development and improvement.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for program inquiries and provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  10. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement and growth.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to support program excellence.
  13. Perform other related duties as assigned by program leadership.
