  1. Provide administrative support to the program, including but not limited to maintaining schedules, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence.
  2. Assist with program logistics, such as coordinating travel arrangements and preparing materials for meetings.
  3. Maintain accurate and organized records and files for the program.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute program initiatives and events.
  6. Conduct research and gather data to support program objectives.
  7. Prepare and analyze reports to track program progress and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Assist with budget management and financial tracking for the program.
  9. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  10. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  11. Proactively identify and address any administrative issues that may arise.
  12. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and decision-making processes.
  13. Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the program.
  14. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to the program.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  16. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to healthcare administration.
  17. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization's mission and values.
  18. Other duties as assigned by program leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficient In Administrative Tasks: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of General Administrative Duties Such As Scheduling, Data Entry, And Document Management. They Should Also Have Experience Using Office Software Such As Microsoft Office And Google Suite.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Program Administrative Support, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Departments, Staff, And External Parties. Therefore, They Should Have Exceptional Written And Verbal Communication Skills.

  • Organizational Abilities: This Role Requires The Candidate To Handle Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented, And Able To Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Experience In Healthcare: Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Specifically In A Program Support Role, Would Be Beneficial. This Would Give The Candidate An Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Terminology, And Regulations.

  • Team Player: As Part Of A Larger Healthcare Team, The Program Administrative Support Should Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Others And Be Willing To Assist Colleagues When Needed.
