  1. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within UCHealth.
  2. Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals and administrative staff, to gather insights and develop solutions.
  4. Utilize industry best practices and innovative techniques to optimize processes and drive impactful change.
  5. Conduct process audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

  11. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for process improvement initiatives.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to drive improvement efforts.
  13. Communicate and present findings, recommendations, and progress to various levels of management.
  14. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Process Improvement Initiatives.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Improvement, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Lean Six Sigma Methodology And Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
