  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top physicians to UCHealth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, healthcare organizations, and medical societies to identify and source qualified candidates.
  3. Conduct thorough interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for UCHealth.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements for each position.
  5. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  6. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for multiple physician positions simultaneously.
  7. Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to track effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor practices, and market conditions to continually improve recruitment strategies.
  9. Maintain a strong understanding of UCHealth's culture, values, and benefits to effectively sell the organization to potential candidates.
  10. Represent UCHealth at job fairs, conferences, and other events to promote the organization and connect with potential candidates.
  11. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for UCHealth and promote the organization as an employer of choice for physicians.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.
  15. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in recruitment and hiring processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Physician Recruitment, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Physician Recruitment Trends And Practices.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Recruiting And Onboarding Physicians, With A Strong Network And Ability To Attract Top Talent.
