- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and healthcare organizations, to understand their needs and identify potential candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and screen potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to determine candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and develop job postings and descriptions.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new physicians, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the recruitment process.
- Stay informed of and comply with all healthcare industry regulations and guidelines.

- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization by helping to build an exceptional team of physicians.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Physician Recruiting For A Healthcare Organization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Both Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Knowledge Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Physician Recruitment, Including Visa Sponsorship And Credentialing.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools To Effectively Manage And Track The Recruitment Process.
