- Identify and attract top physicians: The primary responsibility of the Physician Recruiter will be to identify and attract highly qualified physicians to join UCHealth. This will involve utilizing various recruitment strategies, networks, and resources to source and engage potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships: The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, as well as with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers and department heads. This will require strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of working at UCHealth.
- Create and implement recruitment strategies: The Physician Recruiter will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's physician staffing needs. - Conduct interviews and screenings: The Physician Recruiter will be responsible for conducting initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization. - Collaborate with internal teams: The Physician Recruiter will work closely with various internal teams, such as HR, marketing, and department heads, to ensure a cohesive and effective recruitment process. - Attend recruitment events: The successful candidate will be responsible for representing UCHealth at recruitment events, such as job fairs,
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting For Healthcare Roles, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare System Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Physician Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Network And Build Relationships With Physicians And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Physician Recruitment, Including Eeoc And Ada Compliance.
