  1. Provide exceptional care to patients in the urology department.
  2. Work collaboratively with a team of experienced physicians to provide comprehensive medical services.
  3. Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
  4. Perform urological procedures, including but not limited to catheterization, cystoscopy, and prostate biopsies.
  5. Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and preventative measures.
  6. Monitor and document patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  7. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work.
  8. Assist in surgical procedures, including pre-operative and post-operative care.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  10. Stay current with advancements in urological treatments and techniques.
  11. Adhere to all medical protocols, standards, and regulations.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  13. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations as needed.
  14. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of UCHealth in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program.

  • Current Certification And License To Practice As A Physician Assistant In The State Of Colorado.

  • Prior Experience Working In Urology Or A Related Field, Preferably With A Focus On Surgical Procedures.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Urological Conditions, Treatments, And Procedures, With A Commitment To Staying Up-To-Date On The Latest Advancements In The Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients.
