  1. Safely and efficiently transport patients throughout the hospital, including to and from medical procedures, tests, and appointments.
  2. Communicate with patients and their families to provide a positive and reassuring experience during transport.
  3. Work closely with nursing and medical staff to coordinate patient transportation needs and ensure timely movement.
  4. Maintain accurate records of patient transports and report any issues or concerns to supervisor.
  5. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures to protect patients, staff, and visitors.
  6. Assist with patient transfers to and from beds, wheelchairs, and stretchers, ensuring proper body mechanics and techniques are used.
  7. Keep patient transportation equipment clean and in good working condition.
  8. Monitor and report any changes in patient condition during transport to appropriate medical staff.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times.
  10. Attend training and education sessions as required to stay updated on hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
