
Outpatient Infusion Registered Nurse

- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients receiving infusion therapy in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
- Administer and monitor infusion therapies, including chemotherapy, biologics, and blood products, in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medication administration, vital signs, and treatment progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their infusion therapy, potential side effects, and self-care techniques.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout the infusion process by monitoring for adverse reactions and providing support as needed.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology and equipment to deliver the highest quality of care to patients.
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and advancements in infusion therapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Valid Rn License In The State Of Practice
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Outpatient Infusion Or Related Specialty
Proficiency In Administering And Monitoring Iv Therapies, Including Chemotherapy And Biologic Agents
