Advanced Education And Certification: A Nurse Practitioner - Electrophysiology At Uchealth Must Possess A Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Electrophysiology. They Must Also Be Certified As An Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Aprn) And Hold A Current License To Practice In The State Of Colorado.
Clinical Experience: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience In Electrophysiology, Preferably In A Hospital Or Specialized Clinic Setting. This Experience Should Include Managing Complex Arrhythmias, Performing Diagnostic Tests, And Prescribing Appropriate Treatments.
Strong Knowledge Of Electrophysiology: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Electrophysiology Principles And Procedures, Including The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Electrocardiograms (Ecgs), Echocardiograms, And Other Diagnostic Tests.
