Job Description

UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our Acute Psychiatry Transitional Care team. Job Qualifications
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) Certification: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Lpn License From The State Of Colorado Or Be Eligible To Obtain One.

  • Acute Psychiatry Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Psychiatric Setting, Preferably In An Acute Care Facility, Is Required For This Position.

  • Transitional Care Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Transitional Care And Be Familiar With Evidence-Based Practices For Managing Patients With Acute Psychiatric Needs.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Teams In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Team Player: The Candidate Must Be A Team Player And Be Able To Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide Comprehensive Care To Patients With Acute Psychiatric Needs.
