Accredited Education: A Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, Or A Related Field From An Accredited Program Is Required.
Certification: Must Be Certified By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) In Radiography Or Cardiovascular Interventional Technology, Or Equivalent.
Experience: At Least 2 Years Of Experience As An Interventional Technologist In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Equipment And Procedures: Must Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Interventional Radiology Equipment And Procedures, Including Angiography, Fluoroscopy, And Ct.
Strong Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals Is Essential For This Role. Must Also Be Able To Document Procedures Accurately And Maintain Patient Confidentiality.
