Job Description

Delivers basic lesson plans and curriculum utilizing more advanced knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of methods as individual training and group instruction as assigned. Assists in the evaluation of training through class evaluations to measure the success of course objectives and/or program effectiveness. Documents basic issues and workflow changes during training sessions and reports information as appropriate. Provides application support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and reports issues to Information Technology Trainer.

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years of relevant experience

  • Epic EMR training experience

  • Healthcare training experience a plus
