Infant Feeding Technician

• Educate parents and caregivers on proper infant feeding techniques and provide support and guidance as needed
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure that all infants receive appropriate nutrition and fluids
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all feedings and procedures performed
• Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols when preparing and handling infant feedings
• Troubleshoot and address any issues or concerns related to infant feeding, such as intolerance or allergies
• Stay up-to-date on current best practices and guidelines for infant nutrition and feeding
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, and dietitians, to provide comprehensive care for infants
• Provide emotional support and comfort to families of hospitalized infants, and maintain a compassionate and empathetic attitude at all times.
