  1. Serve as a strategic partner to employees and leaders, providing guidance and support in all areas of human resources.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with UCHealth's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Provide coaching and counsel to leaders on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address HR needs and issues within the organization.
  5. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  6. Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions in response to employee issues and concerns.
  7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  8. Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for change.
  9. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for assigned departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all involved.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance HR programs and initiatives.
  11. Act as a liaison between employees and HR department, addressing and resolving any concerns or issues.
  12. Assist with the development and delivery of training programs on various HR topics for employees and leaders.
  13. Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  14. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With All Levels Of Employees.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Managing Employee Relations And Performance Management.
