  8. Collaborate with other directors and senior leaders to align operations with overall organizational goals and objectives.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for ancillary services, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care and safety.
  11. Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events to promote the services and achievements of ancillary departments.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Healthcare Operations Management: The Director Of Operations Ancillary Services At Uchealth Should Possess A Strong Background In Healthcare Operations, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Financial Management, And Quality Improvement Processes.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Key Member Of The Uchealth Leadership Team, The Director Of Operations Ancillary Services Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Inspire And Motivate A Team, Make Strategic Decisions, And Problem-Solve Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Ancillary Services: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Ancillary Services, Including Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, And Other Supportive Departments. This Includes Experience With Equipment And Supply Management, Scheduling, And Clinical Workflows.
