  1. Provide administrative support to the department by managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, patients, and external stakeholders.
  3. Assist in managing department budgets and expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  4. Conduct research and gather information as needed to support department initiatives and projects.
  5. Create and maintain various documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using various software programs.
  6. Coordinate and organize department events, including meetings, trainings, and conferences.
  7. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals and providing exceptional customer service.
  8. Ensure the department operates efficiently by managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  9. Collaborate with other administrative support staff to ensure seamless operations within the department.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
  12. Stay updated on industry and organizational changes and adapt to new processes and systems as needed.
  13. Serve as a point of contact for department inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses.
  14. Coordinate and track department projects and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
  15. Assist with onboarding and training new team members as needed.
