Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Coordinator for our Supply Chain Service Line at UCHealth. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of supplies throughout our healthcare system.   1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the supply chain service line at UCHealth.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and work with inventory control to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving measures within the supply chain.
  5. Create and maintain reports on supply chain performance, including tracking metrics such as delivery times and inventory levels.
  6. Identify and address any issues or delays in the supply chain to ensure uninterrupted flow of supplies.
  7. Train and supervise supply chain staff to ensure they are following best practices and meeting performance goals.
  8. Develop and implement procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy within the supply chain.
  9. Monitor and adhere to budgetary constraints and work to reduce costs wherever possible.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements related to supply chain management.
  11. Act as a liaison between different departments to coordinate and communicate supply needs.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to continually improve processes and procedures.
  13. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Participate in meetings and provide updates on supply chain performance and any relevant changes or updates.
  15. Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Inventory Management.

  • Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Optimize Supply Chain Efficiency.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Vendors.
