  1. Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  3. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively and efficiently handle a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  5. Accurately and efficiently gather and document patient information, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  6. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to patients and their families regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
  8. Continuously strive to improve and maintain knowledge of UCHealth services, procedures, and policies.
  9. Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve patient concerns and complaints.
  10. Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of patient interactions.
  11. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills and overall job performance.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and promote a collaborative and supportive work environment.
