Breast Imaging Navigator

UCHealth is seeking an experienced and qualified Breast Imaging Navigator to join our team of compassionate healthcare professionals. As a Breast Imaging Navigator, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and facilitate the care of patients undergoing breast imaging procedures. You will provide personalized support to each patient, while working closely with the imaging team to ensure that all necessary steps are completed in a timely manner.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of breast imaging procedures. You should have experience in patient navigation and be a strong advocate for patient care. You must be committed to patient-centered care and have a strong sense of compassion and understanding. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A valid RN license in the state of Colorado is required.
