- Conduct initial assessments of patients' injuries and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide immediate care and first aid to injured athletes and active individuals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs to aid in the recovery and prevention of injuries.
- Educate patients on injury prevention techniques and proper body mechanics.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Monitor and document the progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate with patients and their families to provide education and support throughout the treatment process.
- Stay current on advancements in orthopedic medicine and incorporate new techniques and methods into daily practice.
- Adhere to all safety and confidentiality protocols and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain all necessary certifications and licensure to practice as an Athletic Trainer.
- Represent UCHealth in a professional and compassionate manner at all times.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Effectively With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Bachelor's Degree In Athletic Training Or Related Field
Certification As An Athletic Trainer From The National Athletic Trainers' Association (Nata)
Previous Experience Working In A Medical Office Setting, Preferably In An Orthopedic Clinic
