  1. Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights and recommendations to support the organization's financial decision-making processes.
  2. Utilize data and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.
  4. Create and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform budgeting and planning processes.
  5. Monitor and evaluate financial performance against established goals and benchmarks, and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices to inform financial decision-making.

  8. Communicate complex financial information and insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry regulations, policies, and guidelines that may impact financial decisions.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize financial performance.
  13. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to financial decision-making.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
  15. Stay abreast of new technologies and tools in the financial analysis and decision support field.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
