
Analyst - Financial Decision Support

- Conduct financial analysis: The Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough and accurate financial analysis to support decision-making processes within the healthcare industry.
- Provide data-driven insights: The primary responsibility of the Analyst will be to use data and financial metrics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members: The Analyst will work closely with other members of the Financial Decision Support team to gather and analyze data, share findings, and collaborate on projects.
- Monitor financial trends: The Analyst will be responsible for monitoring financial trends and identifying areas for improvement or optimization within the healthcare industry.
- Create reports and presentations: The Analyst will use their analytical skills to create reports and presentations that effectively communicate financial data and insights to stakeholders within the organization.
- Conduct research: The Analyst will conduct research on industry trends, competitor performance, and other relevant financial information to inform decision-making processes.
- Develop financial models: The Analyst will be responsible for developing financial models to forecast and track financial performance, as well as to support budgeting and planning processes.
- Ensure data accuracy: The Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and for identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry changes: The Analyst will stay informed about changes in the healthcare industry, including regulatory and financial changes, and incorporate this information into their analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: The Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain confidentiality: The Analyst will handle sensitive financial information and must maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Continuously improve processes: The Analyst will actively seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the Financial Decision Support team to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Financial Analysis, Decision Support, Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Financial Modeling.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Financial Systems Preferred.
