Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Account Management Or Customer Service.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Positive Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Billing Processes And Regulations.
Proficient In Using Electronic Health Record Systems And Microsoft Office.
