Job Description

  • Support the daily operations of a Private Wealth Team.
  • Partner with team to improve/accomplish a common goal of providing exceptional service.
  • Initiate the process to onboard clients, while continuing to service any requests
  • Keep contact management systems up-to-date.
  • Educate clients on account services, capabilities and technology.
  • Collaborate with team on the preparation of reports and other materials for
  • meetings.
  • Lead team’s marketing, social media, branding & events responsibilities.
  • Lead the team daily updates on all activities & tasks to ensure proper attention and follow through.

Job Qualifications

  • Series 7 and 66 licenses required

  • Ideally 2-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector

  • Prefer to have experience and interest in social media, marketing and branding
