Job Description

Support 3rd party investment managers in day-to-day use of our portfolio management platform – VestmarkOne – including trade generation, account reconciliation, system navigation, and model management for SMA and UMA account types. Establish yourself as a trusted partner for existing clients and business partners. Facilitating smooth onboarding and training for 3rd party investment managers. Act as the point of contact between clients and our technical support and development team. Be on the lookout for ways to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controls, and increase customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Advisory Operations or a relevant degree (finance, economics, accounting, etc.)

  • Series 7, 63/65 or 66 preferred

  • VestmarkOne knowledge preferred

  • Ability to collaborate easily with cross-functional colleagues including product and technology teams
