- Manage and maintain relationships with UHNW Plus and GFIW clients in the Americas region.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop a deep understanding of the financial industry and keep up-to-date on market trends and developments.
- Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with comprehensive and tailored financial solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and advice on their financial goals and objectives.
- Organize and host events for UHNW Plus and GFIW clients to strengthen relationships and promote UBS services and solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure their financial plans are aligned with their changing needs and goals.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all activities are in line with company policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in the financial industry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other Relationship Managers to share best practices and promote a cohesive team environment.
- Continuously monitor and analyze client portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Effectively communicate with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent UBS at industry events and conferences to promote the company's brand and services.
Extensive Financial Industry Experience: A Uhnw Plus And Gfiw Americas Relationship Manager At Ubs Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In The Financial Industry, With A Focus On High Net Worth And Ultra-High Net Worth Clients. This Includes Experience In Wealth Management, Private Banking, Or Investment Banking.
Strong Client Relationship Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With High Net Worth And Ultra-High Net Worth Clients. This Includes The Ability To Understand And Anticipate Their Needs, Provide Personalized Advice, And Deliver Exceptional Service.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Wealth Management Products And Services: A Uhnw Plus And Gfiw Americas Relationship Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of All Ubs Wealth Management Products And Services, Including Investment Strategies, Portfolio Management, Alternative Investments, And Wealth Planning. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Educate Clients On These Offerings.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: This Role Requires Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, Both Written And Verbal. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Clients In A Clear And Concise Manner. They Should Also Be Skilled In Presenting To Large Groups And High-Level Executives.
Series 7 And Series 63 Licenses: As A Uhnw Plus And Gfiw Americas Relationship Manager, The Candidate Should Possess A Series 7 And Series 63 License. These Licenses Are Required By The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (Finra) For Individuals Who Want To Sell Securities Products.
