- Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit top military veteran talent for the VAP 2026 program.
- Collaborate with HR and diversity and inclusion teams to ensure diversity and inclusivity in the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and potential for success in the program.
- Organize and oversee the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the program.
- Plan and coordinate training and development activities for VAP participants, including financial and industry-specific training.
- Serve as a mentor and point of contact for VAP participants, providing guidance and support throughout the program.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to provide VAP participants with meaningful hands-on experiences and projects.
- Monitor and evaluate participants' progress and performance, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Organize networking and career development opportunities for VAP participants to enhance their professional growth.
- Represent UBS and the VAP program at career fairs, conferences, and other events to promote the program and attract potential candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure the VAP program remains relevant and competitive.
- Support the overall goals and mission of the VAP program and UBS as a whole.
Military Experience: Applicants Must Have Served In The Military And Have A Strong Understanding Of The Military Culture And Values.
Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Business, Or Economics Is Required For The Vap 2026 Position.
Strong Communication Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Build Relationships With Clients Is Essential For Success In This Role.
