  1. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of transactions to regulatory bodies in accordance with relevant regulations.
  2. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations pertaining to transaction reporting.
  3. Monitor and analyze transaction data to identify any discrepancies and take necessary corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure smooth communication and adherence to reporting standards.
  6. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of reported transactions.
  7. Provide support and guidance to internal teams on transaction reporting requirements and processes.
  8. Keep detailed records of all transactions and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of transaction reporting.
  10. Communicate any regulatory changes or updates to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and understanding of regulations and reporting requirements.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on transaction reporting and provide guidance to junior team members.
  13. Handle any issues or inquiries related to transaction reporting from regulatory bodies or internal stakeholders.
  14. Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  15. Continuously assess and mitigate potential risks associated with transaction reporting.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Transaction Reporting Or A Similar Role Within A Financial Institution.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Reporting Requirements Such As Mifid Ii, Emir, And Dodd-Frank.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Reporting Discrepancies.

  • Excellent Attention To Detail And The Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced And Deadline-Driven Environment.
