- Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy for employees at UBS Wealth Advice Center.
- Identify training needs and create customized training programs to address skill gaps and enhance overall performance.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand business objectives and align training initiatives with organizational goals.
