  1. Conduct regular assessments and audits of UBS's technological systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions for improvement.
  2. Monitor and analyze network traffic and system logs to identify and respond to potential security breaches.
  3. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect against cyber threats and attacks.
  4. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to ensure UBS's systems are up-to-date and secure.
  5. Collaborate with other technology teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks in new or existing systems and applications.
  6. Perform regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  7. Train and educate UBS employees on cybersecurity best practices to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.
  8. Respond promptly to security incidents and breaches, investigate root causes, and implement remediation strategies.
  9. Work closely with third-party vendors and partners to ensure their systems and processes align with UBS's security standards.
  10. Communicate and report on security incidents, risks, and overall system security posture to relevant stakeholders.
  11. Continuously review and enhance UBS's security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  13. Participate in security-related projects and initiatives to improve UBS's overall security posture.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles: A Successful Technology & Cybersecurity Analyst Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Cybersecurity Principles And Best Practices, Including Threat Detection And Mitigation, Risk Assessment, And Incident Response.

  • Technical Proficiency: This Role Requires A Strong Technical Background, Including Experience With Network Security, Cloud Computing, Data Encryption, And Other Relevant Tools And Technologies.

  • Analytical Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Potential Security Risks Is Crucial For A Technology & Cybersecurity Analyst. This Includes An Understanding Of Data Analysis Techniques And The Ability To Interpret Results To Inform Decision-Making.

  • Communication And Collaboration: As A Member Of A Larger Cybersecurity Team, A Technology & Cybersecurity Analyst Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Colleagues And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Security Clearance: Due To The Sensitive Nature Of The Work, A Technology & Cybersecurity Analyst Must Be Able To Obtain And Maintain A Security Clearance From The Department Of Defense. This Includes Passing A Background Check And Meeting Other Eligibility Requirements.
