  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for various systems and applications used within the organization.
  2. Monitor and maintain the stability, performance, and security of systems and applications.
  3. Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime.
  4. Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical problems.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions.
  6. Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and applications.
  7. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the overall IT infrastructure and processes.
  8. Act as a liaison between end-users and IT teams to communicate updates, outages, and scheduled maintenance.
  9. Provide training and guidance to end-users on new systems and applications.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.
  11. Maintain a customer-centric mindset and ensure timely and effective communication with end-users.
  12. Adhere to all security and compliance policies and procedures to protect sensitive information.
  13. Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and escalate them to the appropriate teams to mitigate them.
  15. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Skills: The Tech Support Analyst Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Hardware And Software Systems, As Well As Networking And Troubleshooting Techniques. They Should Also Be Familiar With Data And Information Security Protocols.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: In Order To Effectively Troubleshoot Issues And Provide Support, The Tech Support Analyst Must Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills. This Includes The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Users.

  • Customer Service Experience: As A Tech Support Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Clients And Colleagues On A Daily Basis. Therefore, They Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, And Be Able To Handle Difficult Situations With Professionalism And Empathy.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The Tech Support Analyst Should Have A Natural Aptitude For Problem-Solving And Be Able To Think Critically To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues. They Should Also Be Able To Adapt Quickly To New Situations And Technologies.
