  1. Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies to protect sensitive data and systems.
  2. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and risk analysis to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  3. Stay informed about the latest cyber security trends and technologies to continuously improve our defense strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of technology operations.
  5. Monitor and respond to security incidents, including conducting investigations and providing timely and accurate reports.
  6. Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Conduct training and awareness sessions to educate employees on best practices for data protection and cyber security.
  8. Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to security protocols and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Work closely with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of third-party systems and data.
  10. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on cyber security initiatives and address any concerns.
  11. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize the impact of cyber attacks.
  12. Participate in security incident response drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of our response plans.
  13. Stay up-to-date on changes in the regulatory landscape and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
  14. Maintain documentation of all cyber security processes, procedures, and controls.
  15. Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance our cyber security capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Cybersecurity, Preferably In A Financial Institution Or Related Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Information Security Principles, Protocols, And Best Practices.

  • Expertise In Conducting Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, And Security Audits.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Cisa, Or Other Relevant Certifications Are Highly Preferred.
