1. Develop and implement sustainability solutions for UBS's clients.

4. Analyze data and draw insights to identify areas of improvement in sustainability initiatives.
5. Research and analyze current and potential sustainability trends.
6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address sustainability challenges.
7. Develop and implement effective sustainability reporting processes.
8. Monitor and report on progress against established sustainability goals.
9. Create effective presentations to communicate sustainability initiatives to stakeholders.
10. Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure sustainability initiatives are being implemented in a cost-effective manner.
11. Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends and best practices.
12. Develop and implement strategies to reduce UBS’s environmental impact.
13. Support the team in achieving overall sustainability objectives.
