Job Description

Join our team at UBS as a Supply Chain Risk & Regulatory PMO Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of our global supply chain operations. As part of our PMO team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of stakeholders and utilize your analytical skills to identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.   1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure the security and efficiency of our global supply chain operations.
  4. Monitor and track supply chain data to identify potential issues and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  5. Create and maintain documentation and reports to communicate risk assessment findings and compliance status to senior management.
  6. Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to ensure our supply chain processes are in line with all applicable laws and standards.
  7. Develop and implement training programs for employees to promote understanding and compliance with supply chain regulations.
  8. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and address any audit findings.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new supply chain processes and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements.
  10. Act as a point of contact for any supply chain risk and compliance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Continuously review and improve supply chain risk and compliance processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  12. Proactively communicate and escalate any potential risks or compliance issues to senior management.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain regulations and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  14. Work closely with IT and other departments to implement and maintain supply chain risk management systems and tools.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and professional standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Risk Management, Or Regulatory Compliance Within The Supply Chain Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Trade Compliance, Import/Export Regulations, And Supply Chain Security.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks Within The Supply Chain.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Projects And Processes Within A Pmo Framework, With Strong Organizational And Communication Skills.
