  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of UBS's global supply chain processes and regulations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor the effectiveness of risk management measures.
  4. Stay up-to-date on relevant regulatory requirements and ensure compliance across the supply chain.
  5. Create and maintain documentation of supply chain risk management processes and procedures.
  6. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance and risk mitigation efforts.
  7. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and potential areas of improvement in supply chain risk management.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain regulations and risk management for the organization.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on supply chain risk management efforts.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of new supply chain processes and systems.
  11. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain risk management.
  12. Train and educate employees on supply chain processes, regulations, and risk management best practices.
  13. Collaborate with other members of the PMO team to ensure alignment and consistency in risk management practices across the organization.
  14. Proactively identify potential issues and escalate them to senior management as needed.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the values and standards of UBS at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Or Project Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Supply Chain Risks And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Trade Compliance, Data Privacy, And Cyber Security.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Develop Mitigation Strategies.

  • Proficient In Project Management Methodologies And Tools, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
