The successful candidate must be a strategic and innovative thinker who is also able to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, compliance, and regulatory matters, and a strong understanding of marketing regulations and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a strong commitment to compliance and risk management. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance strategy that supports the company’s marketing and advertising activities.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are accurate and comply with all applicable regulations and industry best practices.
- Monitor changes in marketing regulations and industry best practices and ensure that all marketing materials are updated accordingly.
- Analyze and assess the potential risk of marketing activities and provide recommendations for mitigating those risks.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for reviewing and approving all marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay abreast of changes in regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to marketing teams on compliance-related matters.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all compliance activities.
- Be able to identify potential areas of non-compliance and take corrective action.
- Provide training and guidance to marketing teams on marketing regulations.
