1. Design and develop automated test scripts for the Flowable platform.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and functionality of our internal software solutions.
3. Execute and maintain automated tests, analyze results, and report any issues or bugs.
4. Continuously improve and optimize test processes and procedures.
5. Work closely with software engineers to identify and address any testability issues.
6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in test automation.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and results.
8. Troubleshoot and debug any technical issues that arise during the testing process.
9. Conduct thorough reviews of code and test cases to ensure quality standards are met.
10. Actively participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
11. Identify and suggest areas for improvement in software development and testing processes.
12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and privacy guidelines.
14. Work collaboratively with other teams and departments to ensure alignment and smooth integration of software solutions.
