- Design, implement, and maintain eDiscovery infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
- Continuously seek new ways to improve and optimize systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in eDiscovery technology
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve system failures and outages in a timely manner
- Work with vendors to evaluate and implement new tools and technologies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference
- Act as a subject matter expert on eDiscovery infrastructure for internal teams and external clients
- Collaborate with other senior engineers to develop and implement best practices and standards for system engineering
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical system issues.
Extensive Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Complex Ediscovery Infrastructure Systems.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry-Leading Ediscovery Tools And Platforms, Including But Not Limited To Relativity, Nuix, And Brainspace.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Ediscovery Projects And Workflows.
Strong Understanding Of Information Governance And Legal Compliance Requirements Related To Ediscovery.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
